The rooms here are spacious, tidy, and come with a refrigerator, microwave, and a nicely supplied bathroom.

The room and bathroom were spacious, well-organized, and had a bathtub, which was great.

As for me, rooms were quiet and bright with jacuzzi tub, they offered wake-up service.

This place has a great location near the mall, the staff are super accommodating, the breakfast was awesome, and I enjoyed my 4-night stay here.

The food here was fantastic with a variety of options, and the location was wonderful, just a short walk from a steam-powered ship.

Tbh, had a very good stay for a quick visit. The location was decent, for example, a steam-powered ship was at a medium distance from the hotel. Took a walk around city center, located at a medium distance from the property.

Loved the way our well-organised queen room with easy to use wifi was arranged. The best part of our very lovely stay was the free and particularly good breakfast with neat pancake maker, sausage plus cinnamon rolls.

Enjoyed the spacious room, and having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge at hand was a plus! ☕

I recently had a nice stay at a modern hotel in Sault Ste. Marie. The staff at Holiday Inn Express were professional and the check-in process was a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed and pillows. I was impressed with how well soundproofed the room was, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a hot buffet breakfast, which was satisfying. Although the coffee was a bit light for my taste, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels. Additionally, the hotel had a well-maintained swimming pool and a large free parking area. There were also nearby stores, including a Walmart and Sears, which was convenient. I was pleased with the hotel's infrastructure, cleanliness, and the availability and professionalism of the staff.

The location was marvellous, not too far from a three - story museum. All the staff were accommodating.
